About the Role

We are currently looking to recruit an internal communication manager to join our team to ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages. Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly. Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, this role is broad and encompasses various responsibilities aimed at fostering effective communication within Beauparc. The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to foster a positive and informed work environment within the company. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all internal channels.

What will you doing:

  • Develop and execute an internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create and implement communication plans to address key initiatives, changes, and announcements.
  • Produce engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and other platforms.
  • Ensure that communication materials are consistent with the organisation's brand and tone.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive organisational culture through effective communication.
  • Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale, including organising events and recognition programs,
  • Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
  • Use feedback to make continuous improvements in communication strategies. Motivating staff through effective delivery of the senior leadership team’s vision and communication priorities via internal communications channels
  • Lead and host other pulse and ad hoc listening initiatives such as focus groups, that support the Group in its internal communications and engagement plans. Use appropriate mechanisms and channels to communicate to various audiences focusing on each stakeholders unique characteristics and interests .
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate communication of organisational updates.
  • Work closely with HR, leadership, and other teams to address employee concerns and facilitate open communication.
  • Helping attract the very best employment candidates for the organisation through effective profile and reputation management.
  • Work closely with the Events manager to ensure that maximum benefit is achieved at all events hosted by the company and whilst this role is unoccupied lead the function.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively communicate during challenging situations.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company, ensuring that employees are well-informed during times of change or crisis.
  • Oversee and manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, email communications, and other relevant platforms.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing channels and recommend improvements.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of internal communication initiatives.
  • Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Implement metrics and analytics to measure the impact of internal communication efforts.
  • Ensure that internal communications comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
  • Manage the budget allocated for internal communication activities.
  • Optimise resources to achieve maximum impact.
